WOW I can't believe it is hot and it is January. I am enjoying the weather SO much.
I have passed all my tests....YEAH I am now a NC licensed real estate broker. I am not sure exactly what I will do next but there is a lot of opportunity.
We really enjoyed having Justin, Phil & Stephen down here for a couple weeks. They were working but we were able to go to bald head island and a couple other sight seeing things with them.
